General Information

Notice: The Infield Experience is an independently owned and operated business. Any reference to specific events herein is made only for the clear identification & reference for potential clients of The Infield Experience and reference to a specific event or use of photographs is not intended to imply nor should it be assumed that The Infield Experience is endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with the organizers & sponsors of event referenced herein.

Tour Planning: All prices quoted in this brochure are per person based on occupancy level and are in US dollars and include costs associated with the planning, communication, administration, and operations, and as such, an itemization of costs will not be provided under any circumstances.

Reservations: A deposit of $250 per person except where noted, is due in our office at time of booking. Payment may be made by check, money order, or major credit card including MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Reservations made less than 45 days prior to tour date will be due in full at time of booking. The Infield Experience reserves the right to decline or retain any person as a member of the tour. The Infield Experience also retains the right to change or withdraw a tour if necessary. The Infield Experience reserves the right to re-invoice you in the event of an accounting, paperwork error, or for any damage done to property owned by The Infield Experience by any participant of the tour.

Reservation form: We need to receive a completed reservation form signed by an authorized tour participant with the names of all other participants. A signed copy of these terms & conditions must be received prior to any tickets and documents being mailed to participants.

Final Payment: Final payment on your package is due in our office 45 days prior to the start of your tour. We will not invoice you for your final payment. Once payment has been received, your documents/tickets will be sent approximately 20 days prior to the race. Final payments less then 30 days prior to trip will result in a $20.00 overnight shipping and processing fee.

Late Reservations: Reservations requested within 21 days of travel will be assessed a $20.00 per person late booking fee as well as an overnight shipping fee of $20.00

Credit Card Payments: Tour participant aggress not to charge back any bank charges against his/her credit card for products and services rendered by The Infield Experience and received by tour participant. Any disputes or discrepancies must be made in writing within 30 days of your tour package.

Lost or Stolen Documents: Race tickets must be kept safe & are the responsibility of the tour participant. Replacing lost tickets is difficult & can result in additional charges.

Cancellations: If cancellations become necessary, the right to a refund is limited. All requests must be made in writing and sent return receipt to The Infield Experience.

Unused tour services: No refunds will be made for any unused tour services or tour components.

Baggage and other personal belongings: The Infield Experience or their agents shall not be responsible for the loss or damage to any tour participant’s baggage or other personal belongings.

Itinerary: The Infield Experience reserves the right to change the itinerary of any tour because of lack of time or due to mechanical failure of equipment or late arriving equipment.

Tickets: The Infield Experience shall be under no liability because of cancellation of any event in which tickets are furnished by the tour operator in case that such game, sporting event, show, or other such events is cancelled due to inclement weather or any other condition beyond the tour operator’s control.

Photos: Photos taken by The Infield Experience are subject to be added and published on web sites, brochures, and any other articles affiliated with The Infield Experience.

Responsibility: Tour participant acknowledges that The Infield Experience is acting as independent intermediary for suppliers of goods and services, which are not directly supplied by this company such as hotel accommodations, transport ion, meals, tours, event tickets, and cruise and shall not be responsible for actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delays, or injury to tour participants. The Infield Experience shall not be responsible for any injured, damages, or losses caused by terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the company’s control. Auto racing events can be dangerous and the tour operator shall not be responsible for any injuries or death resulting from an accident at the track. By embarking upon this tour package, the tour participants voluntarily assumes all risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Your booking shall constitute consent to the above and engaging arrangements on his/her behalf, and agrees that recitation or damages, if any are claimed, shall be sough directly from the supplies.
