1. How does Infield Experience
work?
Infield Experience works like
this, You pack your bags at home with clothes, Jackets, and
toiletries. We pack our motorhomes with all the food, drinks,
plates, blankets, pillows, towels, and everything else
possible to make your weekend enjoyable. We then drive the
motorhome to the track. You either drive to the track or fly.
You come to the track and we will meet you at the gate! Then
you come and stay in the motorhome for the weekend. You
enjoy as we cook and clean for you the only thing you have to
do is make lunch. Food is provided for all meals. We cook
Breakfast and Dinner. Yes, our staff will be staying with you
during the weekend as that is our job to care for you all
weekend. Then when the weekend is over you leave with what you
brought and items you bought and we clean up and that is all!!
What a weekend of no hassles!
2. Where Is Infield
Experiences spots in the Infield?
Our spots vary track to track.
We can not guarantee where are spots are or going to be since
the tracks and campgrounds can switch our spots. In
Chicagoland we are along the fence in turn 1. In Dega we are
in turn 4 frontrunners club. At short tracks we are NOT in the
infield, obviously, we camp at local campgrounds and then go
to the track. Example: Bristol we camp at Thunder Valley Camp
Ground and seats in Bristol are in turn 2.
3. How Pricing Works (Per
person, Single, & Double)
Pricing is like this. Per
person means for each person going on the tour. Single means
for one person in same bed. Double means 2 people in same bed
.
Example: Chicagoland speedway
is $700.00 per person for double occupancy. This means 2
people going sleep in same bed is $1,400.00 for the weekend
with food, drinks, and accommodations. If 1 person goes to
sleep in bed by self it is $1,200.00 for the weekend.
The same theory applies to all
packages. Prices may vary or change without notice.
4. If interested in a package
then what do I do?
If you are interested in a
package print out the reservation form, fill it out correctly,
send it in along with your deposit. Deposit requirement is
$250.00 per person. The remaining balance is due in our office
45 days prior to the event. For more information on this go to
